Kipsala, a district of Riga placed on an island of river Daugava, which lays almost opposite the Old Town of Riga. One of the main arteries of the city passes through Kipsala. The island itself has a well-developed infrastructure: international school, a kindergarten, a technical university, swimming pool, tennis courts, a marina for 200 yachts, equipped beach, business centers and restaurants and many other benefits. The project consists of 11 high-class apartaments and one private house for one family.

After the construction finishing the Project will be represented by three buildings ensemble:

1) 4 -storeyed building in the Art Nouveau style (architect Martins Nuksha) – 7 apartments

2) 3-storeyed building (repeating 19th century architecture) – 4apartments

3) 2-storeyed detached single-family house in the yard – (modern design).

Project represents itself the interaction between architecture of different ages, combination of styles and wonderful interlacing of opposites. The project will be carried out with the highest degree of performance in construction and interior design. Special attention is paid to finishing materials, interior and exterior details, which are going to be of a high-class quality.

Project will be ready approximately in summer 2017.

 

4 -storeyed building in the Art Nouveau style (architect Martins Nuksha) – 7 apartments

In a stone house designed by architect M.Nuksha all inner interiors will be maximally preserved, ceiling height of 3.10 m, historic covings, rosaces and stucco mouldings has been already restored. Each floor has two apartments, with a wonderful views of the Old Riga and amazing sunset views. There is one apartment on the 4th floor. All apartments are connected to the first floor with a renovated staircase and a modern high-comfort elevator. The entrance to all apartaments is located from the courtyard, with the exception of the aprtm.Nr.2, which has two entrances: from the fasade and from the courtyard. There are 3-three layrs wooden PVC windows and  wooden doors. The design of inner courtyard will be fulfilled with greenery and small architectural forms.  The apartments will come with full high-quality interior decoration; each apartment will be equipped with a fireplace and sanitary conveniences. The advantage of low utility costs due to the collaborative engineering communication networks of all buildings in project.

It is possible to make reservations on apartments and discuss a layout. The builder has an extensive experience (see section Portfolio), guarantee period of construction – 5 years.

Project will be ready approximately in autumn 2016.

 

 

3-storeyed building (repeating 19th century architecture) – 4apartments

There is a fantastic view from all the apartaments to the President tower and Riga port area. All the apartaments are connected with staircase. There is one apartment on the 3rd floor. We offer high-quality sanitary equipment, gas heating.
