Kipsala, a district of Riga placed on an island of river Daugava, which lays almost opposite the Old Town of Riga. One of the main arteries of the city passes through Kipsala. Another one new project of our company which is located in a cozy and green part of Ķipsala on the bank of the river Daugava. Particular attention was paid to the finishing materials, interior, and exterior details.
