For its realization a team of professionals was assembled, the best global companies were invited, and the latest technological developments in architecture and design were used. Chief architect – the most authoritative Latvian architect Andis Silis.

a nominal home, the design of each apartment developed by Karim Rashid himself.
The biggest house includes 6 apartment blocks and 3 penthouses on the top floor.

The name in French reflects the actual location of the house. The house has 4 apartments and 2 penthouses on the top floor.
Interiors of apartaments have been created by the best Latvian designers Andis Silis, Yuri Andreev, Karina and Ulvis Abiki, and Mareks Birznieks.

Therefore name of the house also matches its actual location. House has 4 apartments and 2 penthouses on the top floor.
This house is suitable for those who would wish to invite like-minded architects to desig the project, and wish to express their individuality and create apartaments of their own unique design.

It is the first time the concept of SMART CITY has been applied in Eastern Europe. Using a mobile phone owners are able to control all major devices installed in the apartment – heating, lighting, security, electric appliances, air purification system, etc.

Residential complex is equipped with a ventilation system and an air recuperation system. Underground parking space is equipped with a forced ventilation system with CO2 sensors.

Complex has a gas heating and an independent gas boiler. In the apartments – heat convectors allow temperature regulation.

A personal generator, which, if necessary, can make the complex independent from the city power grids.
