Building description

Residential complex is equipped with a ventilation system and an air recuperation system. Underground parking space is equipped with a forced ventilation system with CO2 sensors. Complex has a gas heating and an independent gas boiler. In the apartments – heat convectors allow temperature regulation. A personal generator, which, if necessary, can make the complex independent from the city power grids. There are elevators in the houses connecting all floors to the underground parking space. In penthouses the individual elevators lead to the roof. Innovative materials developed especially for this project in Germany in combination with stylized perforated shutters have been used for furnish and decoration of facades. High quality materials and technology of luxury yacht class have been used in decoration of the interior and terraces. The ceiling height is 3 meters. Description

The complex consists of three 3-floor functionally united buildings, MAISON de KARIM, MAISON de MER, MAISON de PARK. Finished in one architectual style, yet with three different styles of interior in each house. There are 14 apartments and 7 2-floor penthouses ( area from 200 sq.m. to 240 sq.m.). The planning is meant for 3-4 bedrooms. There is a possibility to merge apartments.
For owners of first floor apartments there are land plots to come, for second floor - balconies, for owners of penthouse apartments there are spacious roof terracies, finnished accordingly to same levels as inner areas.
