The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms. Large panoramic windows with a view of the park and Old Town. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioner and a water purification system. 24h house security, apartment security with application control, closed courtyard.

Underground parking for 1 car is included in the rental price. An additional parking space can also be rented for an additional fee. Utility payments on average 775 EUR per month (based on the reference period June 2022 - May 2023). Real estate tax is paid by the landlord.

The minimum rental period is 2 years. If the apartment is rented for 1 year, then the rent is EUR 2900 per month. The first months rent, an advance payment for utilities and a security deposit equal to two months rent must be paid at the time of signing the rental agreement. At the end of the rental agreement, a one-time payment of 300 EUR must be made for cleaning the apartment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
