J5 is located in the area of the city that is known as the quiet centre. This is where you will find the best that a city centre has to offer: infrastructure, prestige, comfort and culture. The complex comprises three buildings: two new builds and the third a renovated 19th century Art Nouveau building that was designed by the architect Florian von Viganovsky. J5 consists of 41 apartments with floor space areas of between 44m2and 185m2. The apartments are light, with full-size windows. Most apartments have balconies or terraces.

The elaboration of individual interior designs is offered to apartment owners and apartments with pre-developed design projects are also available.

The complex is a closed-type with 24h video surveillance.

In the construction of J5, a great deal of emphasis has been placed on the quality of the building, choosing reliable and high-quality construction and finishing materials. Dutch Vandersanden brick tiles and tinted mineral plaster adorn the facade. The roof covering is RHEINZINK titanium zinc.

All apartments have air-conditioning and automatic ventilation in bathrooms and kitchens. An air-fresh system has been installed in apartments in order to ensure constant airflow.

High-quality materials and world-respected brand products have been selected for the finishings and decoration. Floors are two-layer oak parquet. Windows are triple pane packages that provide excellent heat insulation and which muffle street noise. Windows have three opening modes.

 

The bathrooms have heated floors. Plumbing comes from top brands: DURAVIT andPAA, with HansGrohe water mixers. All apartments have built-in LED back-lighting and centred area lighting. An electronic system for reading utility service consumption metres is installed for each apartment.

Apartments have particularly high sound-resilience levels, both between apartments and between front doors and communal areas. Storage space for personal belongings, prams, and bicycles is provided in the complex.

A KABA master key system is installed for residents' comfort. Commax intercoms connect to each apartment, the concierge service, and the entrance. J5 has surface and underground car parks with ramps.
