The construction started in 1912 in several phases by Latvian architect Eduards Frizedorf’s project. The last round (B and C blocks) was completed under the direction of the architect Pauls Kundzins between 1924 and 1926. In 1993 the building reconstruction started. At the moment the building on 33 K.Valdemara Street.is a modern rental office and flat complex with total area of 12 000 m².

The premises and transport safety is taken care of courtyard security. The courtyard perimeter is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance system (CCTV). All transport movement near the barrier is led by a night watchman 24 hours a day. At night the courtyard entrance from K.Valdemara Street is closed. Car parking available.
